The programme delivers step by step instruction on how to:

- Ask the right questions at the right time

- Effectively listen to others and hear what they are saying

- Allow people to identify their goals and the steps needed to achieve them

- Empower people to make the positive changes that are sustainable

A complete Coaching System that is nationally recognised, practical, relevant and carefully tailored to your school’s priorities and needs.

ELSA run two cohorts per year and can deliver this course to individuals or run a full programme bespoke to your schools dates.
