As a governance professional, Catherine has played a pivotal role in developing robust working relationships across all schools within Endeavour Learning Trust. Her dedication empowers headteachers, instilling confidence in governance matters and encouraging ownership at the school level. Through skilful guidance, Catherine has created a collaborative environment, ensuring effective governance practices that positively impact the entire Trust community.
