In June 2017 our former CEO Mrs Lesley Gwinnett was designated an NLE, a National Leader of Education and Tarleton Academy a National Support School. NLEs are outstanding headteachers who work with schools in challenging circumstances to support school improvement. Because their support role will often include members of their own staff, the school of a National Leader of Education is called a National Support School.

Endeavour Learning Schools Alliance has grown steadily from a tight network of likeminded school leaders. It is now a thriving consortium, with a wide range of deep, well established, high impact middle & senior leader & teacher focused working groups.
